Known as the “Walmart of Restaurants” by the owners, Choice Hibachi Buffet is a buffet-style restaurant like no other. Food is available for all taste palates. Chinese, Japanese, American and even Mexican dishes fill their buffet stations. Think country cooking staples like macaroni and cheese, fried chicken and meat loaf, a step away from Chinese fare like sesame chicken, fried rice and cheese wontons. There is also a salad bar and a dessert station, complete with soft serve ice cream and a chocolate fondue fountain. Because of their popularity, a sushi bar and a Hibachi grill has been added where customers can select ingredients and watch as a chef cooks them.
